NON-PROFIT STATUS
Bay Colony Productions and The Orpheum Theatre are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the performing arts in our community. As a non-profit organization, we are a recognized 501c(3) corporation for federal income tax purposes. Donors may deduct contributions to the organization as provided in Section 170 for the Internal Revenue Code.
